Mar 27, 2017 · I just tried to substitute the outdated version of openvpn.exe by the newest one from the OpenVPN Project page (2.4.1). As supposed this isn't possible. The Access Rights showed by Windows say, that I as Administrator have full access to this file. Seems that AVG's software denys the substitution.
